Aaron Sorkin and Aaron Sorkin and Aaron Sorkin
Last weekend I saw the first episode of The Newsroom and liked it very much. In fact, I've liked almost everything Aaron Sorkin has done with the notable exception of Studio 60, which admittedly started with as much promise or more than The Newsroom. Sorkin is definitely a "love him or hate him" kind of guy, and the backlash that has hit his new show already is testament to that. All that said, one of the fun things with Sorkin's best work - Sports Night, The West Wing, his foray into movies like A Few Good Men, The American President and The Social Network - has been his repetitive use of character names, plot devices and - as shown below - dialogue.

Now, someone needs to reference Alberto Fedrigotti and we're all set.
