And We're Back!
Well, this may have been a bit less painful than I'd feared, though at some point in the near future, I do hope to replace the above citrus image with something ... different.
I do love citrus though!

As fun as it was to replace my template for the third time in as many months, I'm kind of hoping that the next time I change it, it will be because I simply am bored with this, not that it's blocking anyone from reading anything.
Oh, and one more thing - while doing this, the wife and I watched the 30 For 30 episode on rotisserie baseball. I've not just liked every episode of 30 For 30, I've pretty much LOVED all of them. But this episode was different ...
For one, it re-enacted most of the events that took place back in 1980 or so. That's almost assuredly because they were just friends hanging out; nobody would have been filming it.
But again, that's sort of the point -- it started as something that mild, and exploded into the billion dollar industry it is today (without any of the original founders making money off it, as they point out repeatedly). But ... I HATE RE-ENACTMENTS. Docudramas are woeful, and sadly this was no exception. Fortunately, much of the show was just current-day interviews, all of which I rather enjoyed.Â
For what it is worth, the wife has also loved the 30 For 30 episodes she's seen, but this one ... did not make her gain respect for fantasy sports. (Was there mocking? Perhaps. Was there some sarcastic comments about fantasy sports? Again, perhaps.)
All in all, a disappointment. Sorry, chaps.
