From a story on Talking Points Memo, I noticed that this, apparently, is the IRS logo.

Seriously? I mean, am I the only one who finds it a bit fascist? With the trillion dollars it apparently takes to keep the organization up and running, you think they could hire a brand consultant for things like this.
