I use ChatGPT a lot. And I will absolutely lose a job because of it.

You were doing this for some fun, and IT IS fun, but it's actually telling and a good lesson around what ChatGPT is good for and what it isn't good for currently. IE, you can't just take its takes for gospel. Generally I find that if you are looking for current events-type takes, topics that are always shaping around the latest news, ChatGPT isn't strong. It simply isn't getting the news inputs to know the latest 'gossip' so to speak. However, if you are looking for it to help with macro information, larger strategies, and generally accurate historical information, it does a decent job to help a person jump into a project/work etc.

For sure. And my understanding is that the newer version (which I'm not paying for) is way better. I do think we will see things like this basically being the solution for a lot of customer service (replacing canned chatbots, etc.) and some basic corporate writing, etc. It could end up replacing a LOT of jobs, which isn't great from that perspective, but great for companies. Profit! Underpants!
